Boneless chicken breast (cut into thin slices)

Shallots (chopped)

Pepper

Nutmeg

Clove (ground)

Salt

Sweet soy sauce

Tomato ketchup

Egg (beaten)

Butter

Water

1. Combine the chicken, shallots, pepper, nutmeg, clove, salt, sweet soy sauce and tomato ketchup with the beaten egg and mix well
2. Melt the butter in a frying pan, and over medium heat, and add the above mixture
3. Fry for three minutes, add the water and cook for about ten minutes more
4. When done, the sauce will have thickened and the flavors distributed

Serve hot with an assortment of boiled vegetables
