Onion (sliced)

Garlic

Brown sugar

Soy sauce

Cloves

Water

Tamarind juice (or lemon juice)

Vegetable oil

Salt (adjust to taste)

1. Wash the chicken and season with garlic salt, pepper, and soy sauce, and bake in open pan for 30 minutes at 180 Centigrade

2. Brown the onion and garlic in oil and add soy sauce, brown sugar, cloves and 1 cup water and bring to a boil

3. In a sauce pan add all the ingredients and the oven baked chicken and drippings and let simmer for 20 minutes and add salt
