Mushrooms with Tomatoes and Peas
Ingredients |

1 medium
1/2- 1 tsp
1/4 tsp
1 tbsp
10 oz
8 oz
2 tsp
1 1/4 tsp
2 medium |
Onion (sliced)
Ground turmeric
Ground ginger
Ghee (or vegetable oil)
Frozen green peas (thawed and drained)
Whole mushrooms
Lemon juice
Salt (adjust t taste)
Tomatoes (cut into wedges) |
Method
- Cook and stir onion, turmeric and ginger
in ghee in skillet over medium heat until onion is tender, for about 3
minutes
- Stir in peas, mushrooms, lemon juice and salt
- Cook uncovered,
stirring occasionally, until peas are tender, for about 8 minutes
- Stir in
tomatoes and heat just until hot
