Karimeen Pollichathu (Kerala Fish Fry) Ingredients |

500 gm 1 tbsp 1 tbsp 1 cups 4 1 medium 1 tsp ½ tsp 1 small 1 sprig 2 tbsp

Skinless firm white fish slices or pieces well washed Garlic (finely sliced) Ginger juliennes
Water Onion (finely sliced) Red chilli powder Turmeric powder raw mango sliced or tomato chopped Curry leaves Oil Salt (adjust to taste) |
Method
Serve hot with warm Lacy Rice and Coconut Pancakes (Appam) and / or steamed rice |
