1. Use large fish for korma (not too small pieces)
2. Except for the green chillis and kewra, add all the rest of stuff into the cooking dish
3. Mix well
4. Cover and heat in low heat
5. Turn over the fish once (carefully)
6. When the water has almost dried up, add the green chilli and the kewra and heat for another half hour in very low heat until the oil begins to float on top
