Chicken

Yoghurt

Pressed Garlic

Pressed Ginger

Lemon Juice

Red Chilli Powder

Olive Oil

Salt (adjust to taste)

Pepper (adjust to taste)

1. Skin & bone the chicken and into 4 parts
2. Prick it well with a fork or a sharp knife
3. Mix yoghurt, ginger, garlic, chilli powder, salt and pepper in a bowl
4. Place chicken into the bowl and marinade for 2 hours
5. Thread chicken pieces onto skewers
6. Brush with olive oil and place on BBQ for 6 minutes or more on each side
