Stir Fried Bean Sprouts
Ingredients |

Fresh bean sprouts
(rinse well and drain)
Oil
Rice wine vinegar
Sugar (optional)
Salt (adjust to taste)
Ground pepper (preferably Szechuan) |
Method
-
Heat oil in a work over medium-high heat and add bean sprouts and
quickly stir fry for a few seconds
-
Immediately add vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper and stir fry for a few
more seconds
-
Remove from heat and serve immediately
