Boneless pork loin chop (cut into 11/2 inch squares)

Garlic (minced)

Red chili pepper (cut into small pieces)

Green onion (cut into small pieces)

Soy sauce

Sugar

Rice wine

Sesame oil

Cornstarch

Cooking oil

Non-stick cooking oil spray

1. In small bowl mix together 4 tbsp soy sauce, sugar, rice wine and sesame oil and set aside
2. Mix pork and 1 tbsp soy sauce in a large bowl and let stand for 15 minutes
3. Coat each piece of pork with cornstarch
4. Deep fry pork in oil until cooked and rain off oil
5. Re-heat oil, deep fry pork pieces in hot oil again and drain off oil
6. Spay non-stick oil spray on wok, saute garlic, red chili pepper and green onion
7. Add sauce mixture and bring to boil

Serve hot with steamed rice
