Le Tze Gee (Spicy Chicken)

 

Ingredients

1/2 tbsp

1 tbsp

1 tbsp

1 can

2 tbsp

1/2 tsp

1 tbsp

1 tsp

Oil (bone and cube it)
Chicken breasts
Sherry
Light soy sauce
Corn starch
Bamboo shoots (diced)
Hoison sauce
Red pepper (crushed )
Scallion chop
Fresh ginger (grated)

Method
  1. Mix sherry, soy sauce and corn starch

  2. Marinate chicken in cornstarch mixture for 15 minutes

  3. Heat oil and add chicken cornstarch mixture and stir-fry for 2 minutes

  4. Remove chicken

  5. Add bamboo shoots, hoison sauce, scallion, ginger and crushed red
    peppers and stir well

  6. Add chicken and serve
