Chicken breast (remove skin)

Rice wine

Sugar

Salt

Egg white

Cornstarch

Almonds (sliced) (or sesame seeds)

Oil for deep-frying

1. Cut chicken into 1/4 inch slices
2. In mixing bowl, mix wine, sugar, salt, egg white and cornstarch
3. Add chicken pieces and mix well
4. Coat each slice chicken with almonds
5. Heat oil and fry chicken for 1 1/2 minutes until crispy
6. Drain and serve hot
