Ung Kep Char Kreoung (Spicy Frog Legs) Ingredients
6 pairs 1 2 cloves 1 3 tbsp 2 tbsp 1/4 cup 1/2 tbsp 1/2 tbsp 1/2 tbsp 1/2 tbsp 1/4 tsp 4	Frog legs (cut in half) Yellow onion (sliced) Garlic (minced) Green bell pepper (seeded and sliced) Lemon grass (minced) Cooking oil Roasted, unsalted peanut Sugar. Fish sauce. Soy sauce. Oyster sauce. Back pepper. Hot chili pepper (chopped) (adjust to taste (optional)
Method Heat up a skillet or wok with medium high temperature When skillet hot, pour cooking oil Saute' garlic, lemon grass and frog legs Season frog legs with sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce and black pepper and stir well When frog legs are cooked, add bell pepper, onion and chili pepper and stir well Add roasted peanut before serving Serve hot with rice or as mahope sar (appetizer)
