Sach Ko Char S'det Kur (Spicy Beef with Green Beans) Ingredients
1/2 lb 1/2 lb 1 3 cloves 2 cups 3 tbsp 1 tbsp 1 tbsp 1/2 tbsp 1/2 tbsp 1/2 lb 4 A dash	Beef sirloin (sliced thin) Green beans (cleaned and cut to bite size) Yellow onion (sliced) Garlic (minced) Water Cooking oil Fish sauce Soy sauce Fresh lime juice Sugar Fresh sweet basil leaves (remove leaves, wash and chop) Chopped hot chili pepper (adjust to taste) (optional) Black pepper
Method In a small bowl, marinated beef with garlic, fish sauce, black pepper and limejuice and mix well and set a side Put green bean in a pot with 2 cups water and cook till water boils and drain and set aside Pre-heat skillet or wok on high temperature, and when skillet is hot pour cooking oil Saute' yellow onion, beef and green bean and stir well Season with soy sauce, sugar and hot chili pepper and stirs well Add sweet basil leaves and stirs Serve hot with rice
