Sach Chrouk Chien (Fried Pork Chop)

Ingredients

2 pieces

1 tbsp

1 tbsp

1 tbsp

2 tbsp

3 cloves

1 stalk

1/4 tsp

Pork chop

Fish sauce

Soy sauce

Sugar

Cooking oil

Garlic (minced)

Green leaves onion (minced)

Black pepper

Method

In a small bowl, put garlic, green onion, sugar, salt, fish sauce, soy sauce and black pepper and mix well
Put pork meat in a large container and rub the above mixture on both sides of the pork chop
Cover container and refrigerate the marinated pork chop over night or for at least 4 hours
Heat up a skillet or wok and when it is hot add oil
Add pork chop and fry it in low heat till golden brown

Serve hot with rice
