Cambodian Style Egg Roll

 

Ingredients

1 lb

1/2 cup

1/2 cup

1/4 cup

1/2 cup

1/2 tsp

1/2 tsp

2 tsp

1 packet

2 tbsp

Ground pork
Onion (chopped)
Carrots (shredded)
Cooked peanuts (finely chopped)
Clear noodles (cut into 3" lengths)
Salt
White pepper (powder)
White sugar
Egg roll shells (super thin)
Oyster sauce

Duck Sauce

1 jar

2 tbsp

1 tbsp

1/4 tsp

Apricot jam (12 oz.)
White vinegar
Soy sauce
Dry mustard

Method
  1. Season meat with salt, sugar and cornstarch
  2. Let stand about 10 minutes
  3. Then pour into frying pan
  4. Fry with all ingredients (mix them well) allowing the sauce to cook with ingredients for a few minutes
  5. Spoon about 3-4 tablespoons onto the egg roll shell and wrap
  6. Deep fry at 350 degrees, turning on all sides for even color
  7. Cook until egg rolls are golden brown in color
  8. They are ready to be served (with Duck Sauce)

T prepare Duck Sauce blend all the ingredients and serve with egg rolls
