Borbo Skor with Poat (Corn Pudding)

Ingredients

Fresh corn kernels

Sweet jasmine rice

Water

Salt

Vanilla extract

Sugar

Coconut Dressing:

1 large can

1/2 tbsp

1 tbsp

1/4 tsp

Coconut milk (13.5 oz can)

Sugar

Cornstarch

Salt

Method

To prepare Coconut Dressing (Tik Doung): Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook in low heat till sauce thickens
Before you cut corn kernels, make sure to remove all silks of the ears of corn
Use sharp knife, scrape the cobs with thin cut
Place sweet rice and corn kernels in a non-stick saucepan
Pour water in and cook till the rice done
Add salt, vanilla extract and sugar and stir well
Serve warm with coconut dressing (Tik Doung) on top
