Curry Chicken with Bell Peppers

Ingredients

2 cup

1 1/2 tsp

1/4 tsp

1 tbsp

1/4 tsp

Boned chicken

Salt

Turmeric

Cumin

Black pepper

Sour cream

Vegetable oil

Tomato (thinly sliced)

Yellow onion (sliced into rings)

White wine vinegar

Bell pepper (seeded and chopped)

Method

In a bowl place chicken, salt, turmeric, cumin, black pepper and sour cream, mix well and let stand for 1 hour
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat, saute the chicken until almost tender, for about 4 minutes
Add the tomato, onion, vinegar and bell pepper, saute well for another 4-5 minutes until heated through

Serve with basmati rice and curried vegetable
