Beef and Potato Curry Ingredients
2 lb 3/4 tsp 1 tsp 1/2 cup 2 6 cloves 1 tsp 1/4 cup 1 tbsp 1 tbsp 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tbsp 4 medium	Boneless beef stew meat Salt Turmeric Vegetable oil Yellow onions (finely chopped) Garlic (minced) Fresh ginger (minced) Cumin Coriander Paprika Cayenne Cardamon Fresh cilantro (chopped) Potatoes (peeled and quartered)
Method In a bowl, mix beef, salt and turmeric Heat oil in a pot on medium Add onion, garlic and ginger and sautee for 3 minutes Add the beef mix and spices and sautee 5 minutes Add the water, cover and simmer till beef is tender Add potatoes and simmer another 20 minutes
